Will this work at my cottage?

In most rural locations, yes. Suitability comes down to your property's position and surroundings, which we check during your free assessment before recommending anything.

Will it work in very remote areas?

That's exactly where we focus. Our solution doesn't depend on how far you are from the nearest exchange or fibre cabinet, so genuinely remote locations are rarely a problem.

Can it support guests streaming and working remotely?

Yes — it’s built for streaming, video calls, remote working and multiple devices at once. Real-world performance is indicative and depends on location, surroundings and setup, which we account for during the assessment.

Can you improve WiFi inside thick-walled cottages?

Yes. Thick stone walls are one of the most common problems we solve. We design a mesh WiFi network so a strong signal reaches every room, not just the spot nearest the router.

Do I need to manage the equipment myself?

No. That's the point of the managed service. We install, configure and monitor everything, and you have us to call if anything ever needs attention.

What happens if something goes wrong?

With a managed plan we monitor the connection and provide remote support, often resolving issues before guests notice. If an on-site visit is needed, we arrange it.

Do you support multiple properties?

Yes. We work with agencies, property managers and portfolio owners to deliver consistent standards and a single point of contact across every property.

Can you install where there’s no existing broadband?

Yes. Many of our properties have no usable broadband at all — our solution doesn't depend on an existing line, so we can often get you connected from scratch.
